Mindfulness and Mental Wellness

Mindfulness is a term that is used with a great diversity of interpretations and deliveries. While the term seems to be experiencing a modernization and evolution, likely for better and worse. Finding the true use of mindfulness is going to vary. Usually presence in the moment, awareness, relaxation, and inward attention are involved.

Mindfulness is a practice that is unique to everyone. Finding the t, techniques, and approaches that work best for you as an individual is essential. Mindfulness is something that can help all people improve mental wellness, reduce negative symptoms, and improve holistic health. Striving for inner peace, calm, and stillness will often be incorporated.

There are many people like Heidi who have seen incredible results in mental wellness, functioning, and productivity as a result of mindfulness.
