WELCOME TO THE NERD FAMM!
Congratulations on making the decision to strive for personal improvement, self awareness, and growth. The NERD FAMM is an opportunity to understand the connection between your choices and your mental health. The Next Excellent Right Decision (NERD) and the Feel Awesomer Mood Meter (FAMM) are very basic assessments, but do offer an insight into your decisions and choices in a day (The NERD) and a brief overview of your present mental health (The FAMM). Everyone is welcome to participate (if you have concerns about your ability to do this talk to a doctor before doing any exercise or changing any behaviors). You just need to be willing to be honest, strive for improvement, and have some fun growing as a person! Here is how you can participate, it is completely voluntary, there is absolutely no commitment and feel free to engage as much as you like. This is for you

How Do I Become a Part of the NERD FAMM?
You’re in! We welcome you. Everyday (or as often as serves you) you will do the following, you can do this in the morning, mid-day, evening, whatever serves you best but you will be reflecting on the last 24 hours.
- Take the Feel Awesomer Mood Meter (see below) and write down your score
- Take the Next Excellent Right Decision (see below) and write down your score
- Write one sentence about your day
- If you wish to share your results fill out this brief google form (also on this page below)
- Keep a log of your daily scores and the daily sentence
