Welcome to the Surviving and Thriving Injuries support group. This group is designed for mountain people who are in various stages of recovering from injuries. Please note, this is not a brain injury support group. We all know how difficult how it can be to cope with injuries. In the mountains are identity, social life, and mental health are all directly tied to our adventure-play time.

If you have sustained an injury we are here to help! This group aims to provide people with coping mechanisms, tools, tips, and connections to help navigate the negative mental health impact of injury. We learn from each other about ways to adapt, navigate, and thrive post injury. Check out this article, Bummer Bro! The group meets every other Wednesday via zoom at 9am and is FREE. The group will meet the following dates 1/12/22, 1/26/22, 2/9/22, 2/23/22, 3/9/22, 3/23/22, 4/6/22, 4/20/22, 5/4/22, 5/18/22, 6/1/22, 6/15/22, 6/29/22. Dates after June to come. To get the zoom link complete the form below.
