Coaching and Sport Psychology Consulting rate is generally $75/hour
*Discounts offered for half and full day bookings. Contact me for an exact quote tailored to your needs. Rates can vary and includes individuals, teams, in-person or via web, can be on mountain for skiers/riders or on site for athletes.
Counseling and Mental Health Rates are based on a sliding fee scale. This means what you pay is based off how much you make annually. If you make less money, you pay less for services. Rates are for a 50 minute session.

*Summit County residents that are struggling to find money, contact Building Hope for a scholarship. This fabulous local non-profit has options for people who do not have mental health insurance or an EAP that will cover counseling.
Speaking and Presenting rates will vary based on the specific engagement. Contact me for a specific quote for your speaking engagement. Depending on time of year and current schedule, I may be willing/able to travel for speaking and engagements.
